It's easier with a proper diet

Thinkers are people who use their mental ability – their brains – to earn money. What do they do in their often hectic working lives when there is no time to eat “sensibly”?

Angelika Pinter, Steirerkraft’s expert on nutrition, has found products especially for those who do brainwork that provide energy, are low in fat and on top of that are Styrian.

Blood sugar level directly influences mental ability. If it rises and falls too quickly, stress hormones are released that lead to a lack of concentration. People should endeavour to keep their blood sugar level stable. Special carbohydrates in the form of dietary fibre can help us here.

Sources of dietary fibre that are low in fat are ideal. Styrian apple chips in the desk drawer can prevent energy dips. They contain glucose – the ultimate basic fuel that is hugely important for brain cells.

This enables our experienced oil millers to produce the pumpkin seed oil that has won more prizes than any other – and which as a result of this type of pressing retains all the natural constituents. The untreated oil is not filtered; the particles that make it cloudy settle naturally when the oil is left to rest.
