Our MUTTER NATUR bread mix is the quick and easy solution for those who want to make a delicious organic seeded loaf with a crisp crust and a mild, grainy flavour.
Made completely without flour or yeast, the mixes contain nutrient-rich seeds and oat flakes that form the basis for a protein-rich loaf.

Nothing could be easier or more consumer-friendly! Simply add water, stir, allow to soak, and then bake in the oven – for a loaf that contains zero flour, baking powder or yeast!

The new MUTTER NATUR organic seeded loaves come in three different varieties: pumpkin seed, polenta, and hempseed.

They’re perfect for simple evening meals, or as a delightful alternative at breakfast time with sweet or savoury toppings.

Only from MUTTER NATUR: the quality ingredients for MUTTER NATUR’s “Vital Brot” (Vitality loaf), “Kraft Brot” (Power loaf) and “Relax Brot” (Relax loaf) are sourced exclusively from Austrian contract farmers and certified organic farms. From start to finish – in other words, from cultivation and harvesting through to processing, product development, marketing and sales – these products are made in Austria.

Traditional Styrian
stamp press process

While modernity has brought progress in many areas, the traditional Styrian stamp press process is still the best way of making pumpkin seed oil. The main difference between this and other pressing methods is that we work with open roasting pans. At our plant, people check when the pumpkin seeds are perfectly roasted and so will yield the very best oil. This enables our experienced oil millers to produce the pumpkin seed oil that has won more prizes than any other – and which as a result of this type of pressing retains all the natural constituents. The untreated oil is not filtered; the particles that make it cloudy settle naturally when the oil is left to rest.
