New contact für our new bakery seeds range

The synergy with Semona GmbH will add yet more products to Estyria’s superb range – from now on our industrial customers will be able to purchase even more top-quality bakery seeds from us.

Estyria offers an extensive range of bakery seeds for the industry – everything from sunflower seeds and linseed to sesame, blue poppy and the ever-popular pumpkin seeds.

Tanja Lipp is the person at Estyria to contact about bakery seeds; she is always happy to respond to customers’ enquiries. After graduating from commercial college, Ms Lipp was responsible for sales at F. Url & Co. GesmbH and then at Semona GmbH; she thus has a wealth of expertise and experience in this field. From 1 March 2019 Ms Lipp will also take on resource purchasing at Estyria. Moreover she will be authorised representative of Estyria.

Traditional Styrian
stamp press process

While modernity has brought progress in many areas, the traditional Styrian stamp press process is still the best way of making pumpkin seed oil. The main difference between this and other pressing methods is that we work with open roasting pans. At our plant, people check when the pumpkin seeds are perfectly roasted and so will yield the very best oil. This enables our experienced oil millers to produce the pumpkin seed oil that has won more prizes than any other – and which as a result of this type of pressing retains all the natural constituents. The untreated oil is not filtered; the particles that make it cloudy settle naturally when the oil is left to rest.
